Mike Hill

Mike Hill recently relocated to Garfield from Goshen, with his wife Amanda and their 4 dogs. He is originally from Clarksdale, MS and holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Delta State University, home of the Fighting Okra. Mike has over 40 years of experience as a construction industry professional, managing his own firm in Little Rock prior to joining C.R. Crawford Construction in 2014. He previously served on the Little Rock Board of Adjustments and as secretary of the Goshen Planning Commission. In his spare time, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, attending Razorback sporting events and entertaining family and friends.

Chris Jones

My name is Chris Jones. I was born and raised in Rogers Arkansas. However I have been a resident of Gateway for around 20 years. I have three children. Jackson, Levi, and Ramey. My father and I are electricians and run a business that was started by my grandfather in 1960. I enjoy family time and doing work on our small farm.  I have served on the Gateway City Council and currently serve as a volunteer fireman.   I am excited to continue my work on the board and give back to my community.  (Chris currently serves as Secretary on the Board)

Gary Sims

In addition to being a NEBCO board member for the past 3 years, I serve on the Ashmore Creek POA.  I work for an area Architectural Engineering firm and work on local, state and regional projects. I enjoy spending time with my family, working around our small hobby farm, hunting and fishing. I feel like giving back to the community I live in is important, so I volunteer as both a board member and firefighter. I enjoy meeting other people in the community… it helps me feel more connected to Garfield.

Jim Wilkins

My wife and I moved to Garfield just over 3 years ago.  We live in Lost Bridge Village near Station #5.  I joined the board almost 3 years ago as a way to get involved in our community. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing. My favorite thing about being on the board is working on the fundraising opportunities and meeting residents that come to our events like Fall Festival & our breakfasts.  (Jim oversees several items for NEBCO including serving as Vice Chair, some fundraising, Fall Festival kitchen activities, and the NEBCO webpage.)

Kathy Wills

I was born and raised near Wichita, Kansas, where I attended Wichita State University, earning my degree in accounting and becoming licensed as a certified public accountant (CPA).  After vacationing in the Lost Bridge area with our children for many years, my husband and I purchased a home on the lake and retired here in 2016.  I still practice accounting and tax here as well as serving clients in many other states.

Just before we moved, I had completed a 3 year term on the local ten member planning commission board.  It was a great experience.  Likewise, my time on the NEBCO board these last 3 years has been fulfilling.  I work with good people who want the best for our community and I look forward to the opportunity to continue serving.  (Kathy currently serves as our person that oversees the many facets of the financial reporting for NEBCO Board.)

Steve Wolf

I live in Lost Bridge Village.  I have over 40 years of Business Management and Customer Service experience. Part of my experience includes running a family owned Volkswagen dealership by assisting the new owner, after my father retired. I joined Wethersfield Fire Department in October 1982, where I held Company 2 positions of secretary, engineer of Engine21, Truck 22, and Rescue 23. Officer positions of House Lt, apparatus Lt and Captain.  I'm proud to have served as a firefighter, and now to be able to put those years of experience to work for NEBCO.
