Board Meeting Information


NEBCO FIRE-EMS Board of Directors hold monthly meetings are on the third Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m. at the NEBCO Community Center (dates can be subject to change, please call 479-359-3134 for confirmation). Any items requesting to be put on the agenda are preferred to be submitted no later than seven (7) days before a scheduled meeting. 

All agendas, minutes, and financial statements can be viewed at the Administrative Office located

at 14639 S Wimpy Jones Rd.

Annual Meeting - April 6, 2024

Notes from 2023 Annual Meeting:

On Saturday, April 1st, NEBCO held their annual meeting at the Community Center located off Wimpy Jones Road.  Discussion items included a financial recap from Board Member/Treasurer Kathy Wills, a recap of 2022 from Board President, Dave Douglass, and a report from Chief Rob Taylor.  Upcoming events were briefly discussed and 2 new board members were made official, along with the re-election of 1 current board member.  Congrats gentlemen!  There was 1 guest and 2 staff members in attendance other than the board members and staff required to be in attendance.  The meeting lasted approximately 35 minutes, and was adjourned shortly after 10:30 a.m.
